Prices extremely high. Careful. Much better off going to a dealership. I brought it in to have my rear brakes done. Around the time they said it would be done they gave me options to have other things fixed. I declined. Then proceed to tell me it’s just shy of $1,000 for rear brakes on a Toyota minivan. Just pads and rotors. I declined because that’s outrageous. But then they charge $150 for a diagnosis fee. Lol. I brought it there and told them what I needed done. A joke. Getting it done at Toyota dealership for $300 cheaper. Never again

Strongly recommend bringing your business somewhere else...
My experience:
Drop my car off asking for an oil change, a breaks check and discussed an unusual but not excessive rise of temperature. After leaving my car there I was told the oil change was 34.99 (it was in fact about 42$ because apparently they needed to put an extra quart) and about 50$ for checking the breaks.
After returning to my daily errands, the shop calls me explaining that the breaks needed to be cleaned and that it would have been about 50$.
Ultimately they call me again to go pick up my vehicle later the same day.
They very kindly pick me up and take me to the shop.
I go inside to get my keys and was presented an ESTIMATE, NOT AN INVOICE, of 271,25$.
Rough numbers (have the estimate but not on me)
-43$ oil change
-82$ checking the cooling system (no one asked for it)
-50$ checking breaks
-50$ cleaning breaks (hmmm..... Ooooook)
-I know it doesn't add up to 271,25 (the rest is in taxes and "fees"
After arguing with the owner "Tony" and the daughter "Cristina" I was left with no choice to leave disappointed and a much lighter wallet.
As I enter my car and drive away my breaks present the same problem. I immediately stop and bring it to their attention.
They offer to fix the problem the next day (today) for free.
So they did.
Will report the accident to BBB (Better Business Bureau).
Hope this review will keep you out of trouble.
