Went in for a quote on a new muffler and got quoted 1,000$. Where trying to charge me nearly 500 dollars for 2 mufflers that only would cost around 250 dollars. I understand a little markup becaue it’s a buisses and they have to make money but that is excessive. Also tryed to charge 350 dollars in labor for a 2 hour job.
